Fast Traxx Florida Membership Terms & Conditions

By joining Fast Traxx Florida Motocross Club, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Membership Terms

Membership Options

Fast Traxx Florida offers Individual and Family memberships.

  • Individual Membership — $30/month: For 1 rider.
  • Family Membership — $50/month: For 2+ riders in the same household.

Membership provides access to Fast Traxx ride days at select locations and member pricing at Bushnell MX.

Bushnell MX is open to the public and does not require a Fast Traxx membership. Fast Traxx members receive a discounted member ride rate at Bushnell MX.

Recurring Billing

  • All memberships are recurring memberships and will automatically renew monthly until canceled.
  • Your payment method on file will be charged the applicable membership fee on your monthly renewal date.
  • Membership fees are separate from ride fees. Ride fees may vary depending on the location and event.

Non-Refundable Fees

  • Membership fees and ride fees are non-refundable.
  • In the event of inclement weather, track closures, or cancellation of a ride day, Fast Traxx Florida may issue a rain check or other accommodation at its discretion.

Membership Cancellations

  • You may cancel your membership at any time through your Fast Traxx Florida member account.
  • Cancellation will stop future membership renewals. Previous membership payments are non-refundable.
  • Once a membership is canceled, rejoining may be subject to membership availability and current membership terms and pricing.

2. Waiver & Release of Liability

  • All riders and participants must have a valid Fast Traxx Florida waiver on file before participating in any ride day or activity.
  • Riders under 18 must have the required waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian.
  • The Fast Traxx Florida waiver is completed separately through our digital waiver system and is a condition of participation.
  • Motocross and other activities associated with Fast Traxx Florida involve inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury, death, or property damage. Participants voluntarily assume these risks as outlined in the applicable waiver.

3. Ride Day & Facility Rules

  • Members are expected to follow all rules, safety requirements, and instructions provided by Fast Traxx Florida and the facility hosting each ride day or event.
  • A valid waiver must be completed and on file before participating in any ride day or event.
  • Riders are responsible for following all posted rules and riding safely and responsibly.
  • Fast Traxx Florida reserves the right to remove a rider or participant from a ride day or facility for unsafe behavior, rule violations, or failure to follow staff instructions.
  • Additional rules or requirements may apply depending on the location or event.

4. Management & Access

Fast Traxx Florida reserves the right to refuse or revoke access to any ride day, event, or facility for violations of these terms, facility rules, safety requirements, or instructions from management.

Fast Traxx Florida reserves the right to update membership terms, pricing, ride fees, rules, and policies as the club and its locations continue to grow.

Acknowledgment

By clicking “I Agree”, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to the Fast Traxx Florida Membership Terms & Conditions.

I understand that a valid waiver is required before participating in Fast Traxx Florida ride days and activities and that the waiver is completed separately through Fast Traxx Florida’s digital waiver system.

Membership does not include ride fees. Ride fees are separate and may vary by location or event.
